Is this training just for existing teachers, coaches, therapists?

This training is designed for people who have been in the healing arts to help support and grow the work they are already doing. We are prioritizing people who are already serving their communities and holding space through movement, therapy, coaching, and teaching. If you are not currently doing this but want to be, we are also accepting folks who have strong breathwork practices and have been taking breathwork classes and self-studying for 1+ years.

What makes your training different from others?

With a combined experience of 20+ years of teaching, we have been facilitating breathwork, yoga, and coaching experiences for individuals and groups all over the world. Together we have created an internal teacher training for a leading mindfulness brand and trained all breathwork facilitators on the aforementioned app.

Ally Maz, certified Yoga and Breathwork Instructor, leads 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications and has trained over one hundred people to become empowered, heart-centered leaders with deep knowledge of the body and breath.

George Ramsay has been teaching and training educators for over 10 years. He is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, Conscious Leadership Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator who has worked with over 500 clients and companies.

What are your qualifications as Breathwork teachers?

Our Breathwork teachers include David Elliot, Jason Amoroso, Carly Jo Carson, Alexandre Tannous, Crussen, and breathwork expert/researcher Elsa Unenge. Both of us have been students of breath for 11+ years individually, and have been facilitating healing experiences through the breath for many years. Together, we have created teacher trainings, teacher mentorship, and content creations for other brands and dedicated students and now feels like the right time to share our knowledge in a more accessible forum.
